One of the biggest challenges the jewellery industry faces is that a new generation of customers would rather spend money on experiences, and technology, than buying a piece of jewellery that will last a life time.

With the advent of fast fashion, accessible life changing holidays – the question is can the industry come together to talk about shifting consumer behaviour in a way that re-ignites interest in the jewellery industry?
